Whether using one of our ready made products or going with our tailor made service, we like to create development activities that will impact results long term. Training alone is not enough, people only retain 40% or less of what they learn on a training programme, ongoing coaching after training increases development to 80%.

Change brings up strong emotional responses which if left unattended results in resistance. All our associates are experienced and qualified in managing the nuances of the change process and working with the emotional agenda.
