A note from Mary

The creation of Mary Gregory Associates has been a culmination of my 10 years experience as a freelance trainer and coach. My vision is to bring together a team of experienced change agents and coaches whose unique strengths, experience and qualifications make them stars in their own right, and whom together provide a strong and potent force for creating and supporting our clients with the changes they want to make. What each member of our team has in common is that we all possess:

	levels of integrity, we aim to live and act in tune with our personal values
	A desire for authenticity in all interactions - so no one is in doubt of what is being communicated
	A commitment to our own development and growth so that we all have ever deepening levels of self awareness and our clients can be assured we understand and act on their agenda as opposed to our own
