From Reluctant to Powerful
Early in my own leadership journey, I understood what it felt like to question my voice and navigate environments that weren’t always designed with women in mind.
Learning to recognise and move beyond internal self-doubt — and the subtle cultural dynamics that reinforce it — shaped how I work today.
